So whilst it's fun climbing an e-bike in the immediate short term, it leaves me feeling I'm missing the buzz and satisfaction that can only be achieved by putting yourself into a zone that's uncomfortable.

Yes,I get that having loaned an e-bike a few times. I'm just addicted to the dopamine, endorphin, anandamide & serotonin released when you've pushed yourself hard to beat a tough climb. I feel a bit flat and deflated when I've done the equivalent with an extra 300w assist. Sure it's fun but lacking

The third pic is heading south from Black Tor. The fourth is what we call "Alpine" and the steep descent down to Ashopton. I've marked them on the map attached
