When trauma is experienced, it's better to accept and feel what happened than to ignore or distract yourself. Only then will you find the path to healing the trauma.

It's time we change the way we speak to each other, online specifically. Progress will only happen when both parties drop their egos and aim to clear misunderstandings. No more pointing fingers, no more "but he, but she, but they". Stop it. Instead, approach everything with curiosity!

Why must I suffer to deserve a reward? Hard work doesn't always mean sacrifice. There's fun in hard work, and I'm tired of pretending to appear like I'm bleeding with my sweat and tears into my work to make it "count". My laughter and smiles count too!

What is healing? What does it mean to "heal" your mental health?
Personally, it means to find peace while living life and holding space for feelings while experiencing situations. We're always healing, always finding ways to manage our internal struggles.
