Well- being for me is focusing on the personal stuff that makes you tick and energises you for life and work. Running really helped me this evening as did wrestling and being silly with my daughter ❤️😀

Internet Safety needs to be continual, on-going work with our children to ensure we safeguard, protect & enable them to be well- equipped for their current and future lives. This is what I continue to hope for my daughter when she starts schooling
