1900th Strava recorded ride yesterday. More than 22,000 miles and over 3.2 million feet of climbing. Not bad for just turning 55.

This has been my breakfast for decades. Homemade black bean chili, brown rice, homemade chipotle tomatillo salsa, my chicken's egg, and cotija. Latte has recently been updated with home roasted Kenya coffee. I also make my own beer and mead. 🍽️
