I feel like anyone who thinks that ruling was a win for MAGA didn’t actually read it. There is VERY strong language specifying in no uncertain terms detainees must have meaningful notice AND due process — and that any clandestine removals like march 15th are in direct violation of SCOTUS.

I was watching this film on YouTube the other day with my 13 year old. I found it absolutely fascinating and learned a lot from it. Like many people, I had no idea of the extent of child soldiers in World War II. But the thing that really made my jaw drop to the floor… /1

I was watching this film on YouTube the other day with my 13 year old. I found it absolutely fascinating and learned a lot from it. Like many people, I had no idea of the extent of child soldiers in World War II. But the thing that really made my jaw drop to the floor… /1
