Confused here because I understood that an improperly reconciled bill (i.e. includes items excluded by the Parliamentarian) requires 60 votes to pass. If they have not removed what they were told to remove, by law, they can't pass this with simple majority and send back to the House.
Am I wrong?

"By necessity"? Sorry, the only thing on the internet I access out of necesssity are my utilities, banking, and mortgage. Everything else is a life choice; SM is no more a necessity than Amazon - they are life choices. You willingly trade your data away while enriching them.

Can we not shift the responsibility for our personal obsessive behavior to others; it's like the junkie blaming the pusher. Guess what? No junkies, no pushers. Simple fix to this massive wealth disparity is to stop giving these people your time and money - it's OUR choices that creates their wealth!

My retiree F500 company healthcare increased 400% over last 5-years (then they pushed me to marketplace this year where it's another 2.5x higher) so I doubt they'll be able to afford that chunk out of whatever paycheck they pull; they'll be working to pay premiums IF they can find what you outline.
