Day 1 of doing dinner boxes again…tonight was beef bolognese baked risotto - so yum!

This kitty cuddle puddle has formed for the night. Both dead asleep and one is trilling in her sleep. It’s the sweetest sound 💕

Okay well today didn’t go as planned with a few additional curveballs thrown in - but we’re going to recover the day with some well needed mini and mum time.
