I was doing a search this morning & as I was typing this question came up as a suggestion. At first, I laughed. Why would that be frequently asked. Then I realized that, in addition to people using VPNs, people who get taken by ICE something don't know where they are or if they're still in the US.

Without Autistic people, humans would have gone the way of tge Neanderthals. Follow the Prime Directive. It forbids interfering with the natural development of civilizations. Nature has done a pretty good job thus far. Don't start messing around & screw up human evolution.

Temple Grandin's brain scan. The we use a % of our brain isn't true. We use all of it at different times, but this makes me think of Defending Your Life" & how all of the people in Limbo or Heaven were trying to use as much of their brains as possible.

Our job as parents to help our kids' brains develop these strategies. Chunk their early information for them.Sing songs with the same tune, together. Read books with the same format togather. Use those formats to make up your own songs & stories. Make up tv stories, ie Dora the Explorer, easy format

I saw this in a classroom there's other day. Yes, it's fun to learn letters with things from.our everyday lives, but I hate that it's giant corporations, like Walmart. I used to play the logo game. Fun, right? No. It's telling these companies where they need to up their game.

When there is integration in schools, all of the kids get a better education, why wouldn't we get that benefit in other parts of life?

Just saw a post about tattoos. Talking about covering up bad tattoos made me think of then I got my blurry rose made into a cute watercolor rabbit. The guy that did it said that he redid a playboy bunny. I wonder if my tattoo gave him ideas how to cover up similar images.

I'm sorry, I acknowledge that having a high IQ isn't that important, but having an IQ just high enough that you're not considered Mentally Handicapped is not ok for someone in such an important position. How did we get a president with the intelligence of a 4th or 5th grader?
