What a great night at Red Bird with Elliott Brood. There are some shows where you know, before the second song is even done, that it will be one of the best concerts you are ever going to see. This was that type of performance.

The GST “holiday” is the dumbest policy. I got a $250 refund on a 500 oyster order for a Christmas party. Anyone who can order 500 oysters needs no holiday from HST. That savings will be donated. Bottom line: This ain’t going to buy you the votes you think it will.

Are these Randy Johnson error cards? Pulled these from my old box of common baseball cards (because 13 year old me didn’t think Randy was going to be good?). Wrong DOB and double star? Worth anything?

But I did find some good stuff, apparently I was sleeping on Randy Johnson and Curt Schilling. And I have no idea how Griffey found his way into a box of commons. Also, Billy Bean!!
