Oh, and the music is awesome.

The big saving grace, like all FS games, is the art in the game. Everything else barely treads water, if not flat out makes the game worse. If gaming is about having fun, FS games are the furthest thing from it IMO.

Made it to the last boss and instantly knew I was not going to have any fun in that fight. Remember when games were about having fun and not having to slog through an enormously difficult boss fight made more difficult due to abysmal controls and an even worse camera? 6/10, will not play again.

Also, this game came out in 2019. How is the camera in this game so abysmally awful? Can’t tell you how many deaths I’ve had simply due to not being able to see the attack that killed me.

It feels like the gameplay loop is only there so that you can continue onto the next area and see all the crazy beautiful scenery, but that’s also how I feel most FS games are. Spectacular vistas, enemy designs, and animations that you only get to see by dealing with the slog of actual gameplay.

Just sucks for JJ. Had his entire rookie season lost and then put into a position of immense pressure and expectation (which all QBs deal with, to be fair), and now all his mistakes are under the biggest spotlight in the league. He’s shown flashes of greatness, but improvement should be priority #1.

And if JJ continues to struggle in 2026, then we go back to the draft. Too much demand and too little supply in next year’s draft, but hopefully the one after we’ll have a chance at getting one so long as Kwesi doesn’t trade away all our picks. But we either compete in 2026 or start rebuilding.

This was my issue with the game from like week two after release. I also think this is the worst cast in a SF game we’ve seen (why is so much of the cast the exact same from 4 and 5?) and the battle mechanics are just poorly designed rehashes of what we’ve seen in other games. Huge disappointment.
