Next time someone says anything about Afghanistan & its withdrawal, you can inform them that not only did Trump sign the agreement, but he also had zero plans on how to exit. No lie, there were NO EXIT PLANS. So when Biden took office, not only did he have a looming date, he had to come up w a plan.
