It's National Nutrition Month. Typically I sit it out but not this one because I'm tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiired of the ba in the nutrition & wellness space. It's really weird and biased.

It would be a disservice to have another BHM and not give flowers to the hardest working actors/actresses....ya know those that will always stay with a check 💰💰💰💰
