There is absolutely ZERO REALITY where everyone will be or even COULD BE growing individual food for themselves in their homes and sustainably living that way.

Because hyperindividualism is antithetical to both AGRICULTURE and survival

The moment white liberals got their rights in the labor movement, they abandoned Black people for dead. White middle class liberal housewives co-opted the EVERY wave of feminism & abandoned EVERYBODY ELSE when they got theirs (voting rights, VAWA, etc.)

Home insurance in areas hit by repetitive disasters is going to be the number one housing affordability issue over the next 4 years. And possibly going into the midterms.

More so than interest rates. Florida in particular is going to have huge problems.
Here in Florida we have a housing crisis of our own - developers are building affordable homes all around, but many are sitting empty because people can't afford the necessary home insurance.

I'm so serious, if you stop using your creativity, imagination and thinking abilities you will lose them. Millions of people willingly giving up their intellects, the very thing that makes them human, is a nightmare straight out of our darkest science-fictions.
