A bit stuck here. The only part that can be move is the wheel. I thought it means the position of the yellow ring, but turns out it was a simple as the... ring position pointed by each arrow.

This one got axed. Everyone said 'it has potential' yeah but 16 chapters wasted. I don't blame the comic artist. While I do think that maybe the fault lies on the artist's capability to adapt, I can see from pieces how... messed up the plot order in this story. The artist had tried their best.
