Wow. The loaves made a LOT of bread crumb cubes!
Used kitchen scissors, so much easier than a knife.
They are in the oven dehydrating now.

The breads look good but since I have a toaster over (the largest one I can find) does not allow all to be cooked at the same time, so deflation happens, hence the wreath breads. Last one in is a flathead! 🤪 Still eatable just a bit unhappy. Lol.

One can makes four burgers. I drain liquid from can, hand mash, add my spices, hot sauce or soy, a tablespoon or two of fine chopped onion, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms (whatever you want or none) Planko bread crumbs, I never measure, just add a cup, mix and add more if needed. Fry in coconut oil.
