Visited Glendalough over the weekend. Cold, but the bit of sun and nature refreshed my pitted soul.

Finally got around to watching Tokyo Godfathers. Some genuinely tearful and tender moments. There is unfortunately a bit of casual transphobia/homophobia but for an anime from this time it was surprisingly nuanced in its treatment of trans or gender non-conforming, especially Hana one of the mains.

Go play 1000X Resist. Very current with the recent HK47 democracy demonstration arrests. It explores themes of individuality, queer themes, government resistance, how religions form, how our parents impact us and how our actions impact the future.
