Fun fact. Jen Calonita sat with us for the Bluebonnet Luncheon in 2018 and it was the best thing EVER. We got to talk to her about her work and her first trip to TLA. She was kind and instantly became one of my favorite people.

I wish I could leave the library open during state/mandated testing. Sooooo many days closed during the year that it makes me genuinely sad for the students.

My sneaker of choice is Adidas Puremotion. They are slip-on but stay fairly snug. I’ve had my for years and they are still going strong.

I think a big part of this is I don’t have a whole lot to make a whole genre for that are biofic. I feel like there would probably be more at the adult level.

100% infuriating. So many people don’t know how blindsided they will be when their children lose their accommodations.
