Dec 1 if fake. Dec 15 if real (if it isn't too dry). I hate going to the hassle of putting up a tree and then turning around and taking it down again two weeks later. But a real tree won't last. Have to time that one. But I am the person that takes everything down New Years Day too so.....

They could eliminate zipper merging 'issues' if they would just have the merge in the middle. Where there is no perceived advantage to being in one lane or the other. Back it up, cone it into the middle and then it can move over to one side or the other.

The point they are trying to make is that the math is 2% of the extra 100 000 (the.1 over 1 000 000). Hence, the $2 000 more.
