広義の「トランスジェンダー」に含めて語られることはあると思いますし、それに私は特に反対しません（し、「絶対にトランスジェンダーには含まれない」などとも思いません）が、少なくとも「トランス女性」と呼ばれる人々の中にオートガイネフィリアの「男性」が含まれることはないのではないかと。一方で、オートガイネフィリアの「女性」については、シス女性にもトランス女性にもいると思っています。

たまたま見かけたので応答します。引用元を見ていただければわかりますが、相手の方はオートガイネフィリアを「ただ女性の格好して女として見られると興奮するっていうマゾヒズムの持ち主」と言っており、文脈的に「ただ女性の格好して」という部分は「アイデンティティは女性ではないが」とか「女性として生活してはいないが」という意味だと私は解釈しました。ですので私はこれをオートガイネフィリアの「男性」の話だと解釈し、「オートガイネフィリアの男性がトランス女性に含まれるわけ」ない、と言ったのです。
