I only ever want my kids to be happy and healthy but being a human who uses their privilege and agency to make the world a better place is the most wonderful path I could have chosen for them.

I’ve never had work on my personal phone but that sounds like a fast track to a nervous breakdown. I enjoy putting my work phone in airplane mode and throwing it in a drawer when I’m on vacation. (Eg the next 6 days)
