Thanks kid. I'll slightly dignify your poorly conceived post with a response. Executive overreach is not even remotely comparable to party endorsement of a candidate. All politicians in power should be criticized. What you did was provide a vapid whataboutism typed out like a low IQ boomer.

I'm sorry you feel that way. 😔 A non-dogmatic approach allows one to use critical thinking to take strong stances based on principles with an open mind. The collection of those stances may happen to fall somewhere between the current liberal/conservative box everyone expects you to stay inside.

I've mentioned I believe serious reform is in order multiple times so it's clear I'm not defending status quo - I'm defending my position that cops are workers and SHOULD be a part of the solution. Honestly, I think it's just common sense and I'm not gonna justify further

I think agree on the outcome we want and mostly how to get there. I join threads like these to try and encourage nuanced thinking and discussion. As it stands cops just have way too much responsibility and no where near enough oversite and training. Scale it back and expand social work 💯

Yeah I mean it's a nitpicky thing but you're not calling out an act of betrayal you're categorizing all cops as traitors. Calling out bad actions and policy is great though!
