It was a beautiful growing season in my garden. I thank the Lord for all He provided. Being in my garden this year was truly a blessing in many ways.

My Mom captured this butterfly one morning earlier in the week. I’m never up early enough to see them. I was wondering if we’d ever see one. Lantana are supposed to attract butterflies.

While I was working in the garden the other day, the bees were also working. This one was happily drinking. Went to several cucumber flowers just in the few seconds I filmed, but I could only catch him on that flower.

Here’s the veggies.
Tomatoes, Cucumbers, and my little pepper plants are coming along.
I’ve gotta get a spray bottle to spray some peroxide/water on the cucumbers, I think I see some spots. And I saw powdery mildew on bushes in front yard.

The cucumber area is A LOT of work. But watching them grow is so rewarding and a joy. I was glad to figure out a trellis system that I think would work for them. I still had to use a tomato cage for one of them.

Wish I had a better system for keeping the critters out. The mesh I use is a pain.

Here is a little baby Supersweet 100 cherry tomato 🍅 I think more will be coming up in the next few days if we keep getting these warm humid days mixed with these pop up showers.

Here is an update on my Early Girl tomato plant. I don’t know why the video flipped when I was recording. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ But look at the little tomato babies 🍅 and my tomato plants are SO tall now. They are as tall as the tomato cages! 🤗😅
