I had a dream once where I was househunting with my friend/roommate, and we went to look at a house that was known to be haunted, so we hung out waiting to see if the ghosts would show up, to see if they would make good roommates.

I really loved that movie. The horror is emotional horror, about loss and abandonment rather than blood and guts, but I would not recommend it to you. I'm glad I watched it but I probably wouldnt watch it again.
