You can highlight & annotate the article, & if you log into your Google account inside Gale it saves your annotations.
And, of course, the citation tool!

Absolutely! It was mostly demo, so I don't have slides, but the biggest buy-in was the tools embedded into Gale.
When you open an article, you can change the language (MANY choices), activate text-to-speech, and adjust several readability features (like the font!)

Based on volume 1, I'd say yes, but I haven't read further into the series to know if that's true overall.
