I would love to stand corrected. I'll give them a ring and find out. I desperately been searching for somewhere that tracks items digitally so I'll be delighted if they do.

I'm very willing to bet that the summer losses at the Brit Museum are the tip of a very deep iceberg..... + I also know of plenty of losses in local councils.... in Harrogate an old stagecoach has gone walkabout lol

Interesting sidenote: I've been researching inventory software for a project here in Sussex and no national museum to my knowledge has digital tracking for their collections - they're all using paper inc the British Library. The only place that has digital tracking is The Keep in Brighton!

Couldn't agree more. And in the UK it's been adopted by what used to be the left too, our Labour Party. Terrifying.

Same is happening here with both major parties supporting Israel. The Labour Party has lost heaps of support over it.... not just from Arabs. Many Jews here are also calling for a ceasefire.
