It doesn't feel like a win, but I managed to put on workout clothes 3 times this week and move my body for at least 20 minutes each time.

Time for setting a new intention for the current cycle. But I am stuck how I want to feel this period. December mainly feels like surviving through mandatory social things and dark and gloomy outsides.
I set intentions for a positive attitude, but that's hard now 😅
Any suggestions or experiences?

Busy social days coming up.
While they are all very fun and particularly planned to my needs, it is still a bit daunting and scary.
I went from a very busy social life to total hermit due to mental struggles, and when it started to improve lockdown hit. So it's very much out my comfort zone now.

Picked a light but still cute fabric, perfect for a summer dress and added pockets!

This is just a filter I’m holding, not a lens, so that’s the actual angular size of the sun in the photo. I’m always a little unnerved to realize how small the sun is when you take away all the glare.

Any short bingeworthy series on Netflix or Prime that are interesting but don't take up to much mental capacity?
I'm at day 3 of being properly sick (after 3 weeks of on and off ailments) and can use some recommendations while I lay on the couch like a sad potato.
