I should add i had a Boston Terrier who never barked but would have ripped anything to shreds. Current dog is big, wags his tail as he barks for alerts at delivery people, deer, neighbors, police, etc. Neighbors know he keeps the hood safe;drive thru employees know him and love him.

My dog is $multiK trained but it barks to protect our property, front door. As a single woman i have a friendly, safe, lovable, soft looking dog who barks ferociously, (not with me at his side) but around the perimeter and Im good with that.

I wish I could believe this. In the back of my head I know if any rebuilding gets to happen, it's never as quickly as the destruction was. The arc of the moral universe is long and all, but tearing it apart seems short. The population needs to know the promise of rebuild will be just as quick.
