Walking around Salem today I heard several adults ask workers if actual witches lived/visited particular buildings and watched them get mad when they were told the witches weren’t real. What are we doing here!?! My teenage students know better!

Allergy testing is so crazy. They inject you with everything you can possibly be allergic to and watch you itch and swell for 15 minutes! I can’t wait for an allergy pill!

My husband gave up so much to move to the US for me and I’ve had big feelings about that. Since he got here I’ve tried to find him places he loves and reminds him of home and this morning mission accomplished. Football, cappuccino, cornetto and he’s speaking Italian 💚🤍❤️

Had the BEST PD day today! American Historical Association Conference followed a snowy walk past the Rockefeller Centre tree to Retro Report! (Then I treated myself to an express bus ride home because 🥶)

Three years ago I flew Italy for Thanksgiving (Europeans weren’t allowed in the US because of Covid) to see an amazing guy I met that summer. Now he’s my husband and we are sitting on our couch in our PJs in NY watching the Macys Thanksgiving Parade. So much to be thankful for this year!!

After Vienna I just didn’t feel right about giving them my money and have been looking on Etsy for Swiftie products I like. (And I make my own tumblers instead of ordering them)
