Tonight, my brain is wandering all over.
Truly scared of what’s going to happen to trans people like me. I try not to be consumed by the fear, but that has been very hard lately. Still trying.
I feel super low about my ability to overcome challenges lately.

Especially when the dark thoughts creep in, I wish I could find a good, healthy, responsible way to unplug for days at a time. That, along with medication, therapy, loved ones, and support groups, will get me through.

I really wish I could turn off my brain & my heart to most of what’s happening in politics. That is robbing me of hope & joy. It makes me severely depressed. Honestly the next four years will take ten off my life at this point.

My hair is slowing growing back in, revealing looooots of grey hair! While I wanna grow it out long again, but I’m sure it will be WAY more grey if I shaved it one more time 🥰

Okay… I tried using press on nails for the first time & it gave me SO MUCH gender euphoria, it turned me on 🥰😂 is that weird??

Slowly getting projects/tasks done around the house is really bringing me quiet joy. Pacing myself is what keeps it quiet - simple small things. I find if I chase the high too much, I can crash out. So today I cleaned the garage doors and washed the dirty comforters in the laundry room. I’m happy 🩵

I’ve been working on the landscaping in the yard since the start of last year. While I give myself a hard time for not getting it done faster, I’m proud of what I’ve gotten done 🥰 cleared the fence of vines, removed dead or invasive plants, cleared the brush, started treating the dirt for weeds..
