Second book of the year has already been read. Curse of Shadows and Thorns by L.J. Andrews really surprised me with how good it was! I started slow, about 10-20 pages a day, until I got to 75 pages. Then I couldn't put it down and finished it in two days haha. Immediately picking up the sequel!

First book of the year done! Voice of the Ocean by Kelsey Impicciche was such an amazing story! It's been a while since I read a book I couldn't put down. I cannot wait for the next one!

Setting my reading goal at 40 books again this year. I had a bit of a hard time last year reaching the goal. I had to quickly read some novellas to complete it haha. Hopefully this year I'll easily reach that number, even though I'll have a newborn starting end of April haha!

My wonderful 4 year old daughter has gifted my first dandelion bouquet 😆 She was so proud of herself for picking these beautiful flowers, I just had to put them in a pot, and she was so happy that I did. It was so cute haha

(Don't mind the unfinished bathroom and dirty mirror haha) Thanks to hannahrubinboudoir on tiktok, I found the confidence to buy this outfit and I love it! I haven't felt cute in anything in so long! Now I just need to find the confidence to actually wear it outside as an every day outfit haha

Just finished playing Etherborn. I was in need of a good puzzle game and it delivered. It was a quick 3 hours playthrough, but the concept of gravity shifting in the puzzles really made it enjoyable!

I'm so proud of this one! I built the pattern almost by myself. Scrounged up bits and pieces from other patterns to figure out how to do this. There's some improvements to be made, but it's a very good first try!!

The urge to quickly summarise the last ideas for my book so I can start editing my first draft is very strong. I'm fighting it so hard to actually put down something of substance. I'm getting there. The end is so close!
