A lot of true crime makes my skin crawl. Beyond the stories themselves, there's a gross exploitive energy to them that I can't shake.
So I was really delighted when the production company reached out to us to ensure Canadian viewers had their own supports listed at the end. This should be standard!

I got back-to-back IUDs for 15 years or so and insertion remains the most physically excruciating experience of my life. I got zero pain management every time and once nearly fainted.
