Here are a few pictures of flooding. It's still raining and not expected to stop for 24 hours. Then snow is possible.

The flood stage of our river is 14 feet, and at 11 AM, we were at 14.6.

It's one of my favorite and least favorite books of all time. I have read it several times and will read it again one day.

It is a challenging topic and read. The abuse and racism should make you uncomfortable.

Last night: Severe thunderstorms, high winds, hail, tornado watches, warnings, weather alerts, sirens, and a sump pump that would stop running.

Tonight's forecast: thunderstorms, rain, flash flood warning, sump pumps running, and limited sleep.

Spring in Indiana. ⛈️🌪

I must admit I am a fan. One of my favorite reads so far in 2025 is Wilder. We won't talk about Onyx Storm yet. I'm still on the first chapter and got it on release day. I'm just not in the headspace that I can read it and I must admit I am a little sad about that. #BookSky

Still miss him. One of the biggest regrets is losing touch with him. Now, I will never be able to reconnect. Don't wait until it is too late.

One of my favorite books was released in 2024. All women should read this book. Strike that. Everyone should read this book!

Starting off the year with "The Last Letter" by Rebecca Yarros.

Letters can have a lasting effect. It can be from a pen pal, a friend or family. Letters being Ella and Beckett together. This is a must-read.
