Tell 'em Tina! Especially since uncertainty of help of any kind is not guaranteed. Are you able to get medical care? Life saving procedures? Going bankrupt if you actually get any care? Will you be able to leave abusers? All this stress causes mental health issues. Help people feel safe.

Unpopular opinion: Unless I am grading the standards of writing, I don't grade that in products. Just whether they met the quality of the standards being taught. If I am teach writing, then yes. Spelling of domain specific words is still fair game.

I think the electronic makes the most sense, however, I would prefer a card. It's the only real snail mail I get that isn't an ad or bill.

I was teaching with an asynchronous model before COVID, and found it very effective. It allowed students to choose 1 of 5 unrelated projects. Through circulation and reading daily reflections, I pulled small groups. Modern Classroom Project helped me structure it more purposefully. #EdTech
