I’ve been working in my art stockist, an independent gift & lifestyle shop. opening & closing etc. very ‘gentle’ hours just 8 hours 2 days a week. it’s just enough that it tires me but not over exertion that makes my M.E flare. but I do have to pace and have breaks, eat & stay hydrated constantly
