Isn’t it easier for the organisational leadership to label their people’s performance? Isn’t it more difficult to recognise value in each person and appreciate? Why can’t they be constructive than dismissive? Such an organisation will never be able to attract and retain talent.

How can the leadership be toxic? Appeasing few and dismissing some. Paralysing those who bring forth real value and hobnobbing with few to create a cult. Not bothering to retain talent and not trying to grow the organisation. Not lending ears to hear concerns but ready to wine and dine.
