For sure, the Winter sale is the bane of my existence 😆 most of my gig work is in the summer so I can take advantage of THAT sale. Not so much in the winter.

You’ll also end up with bonus content that you can present as non-canon for fun, if you’d like. Or you might realize an alternate scene is better off with different characters, or a different story entirely.

I will sometimes write three or four different versions of a scene, a plot, characters meeting, etc. It helps me to process different options and see how I feel about them. Most readers follow writers because of how the content is presented, not necessarily the exact content itself.
