The credit bureau’s sell the credit inquiry to other lenders as a source of leads. It’s completely ridiculous that they are allowed to do this. Mortgage lenders themselves are legally prevented from sharing any info other than what is required to validate your information on your application.

I swore there was something after his Rogan appearance where Shotwell was the one running day to day and he couldn’t make any major engineering decisions but maybe I hallucinated it

Right, but how many signed at the peak vs past it? Supposedly there should be a drop in the inflation indexes solely by the December 2023 numbers falling away.

Housing index is a 12mo average so it’s thought rent has actually come down but the lag in reporting distorts this. Insurance is real though

For the inflation indexes its housing and motor vehicle insurance. Things that would affect most lower income people quite severely!
