Nailed it. I’m from small town Arkansas. You could easily substitute the name of my hometown for Hyndman and the rest would be the same, except that this would describe my town 30, maybe 40 years ago. Now there’s not even a grocery store or a pub.

The Republican Party was founded in 1854. Lincoln was elected in 1860. The driving issue then was slavery. They’ve taken power again by making abortion and immigration the driving issues. We need to copy their strategy

Progressive Conservative would work for me. 1)Fiscal responsibility 2) campaign finance reform 3) immigration reform, pathway to citizenship 4) term limits 5) universal healthcare 6) veterans benefits 7) restore intent of original Soc Sec act 8) anti-discrimination laws. that’s a start

grocery price hikes - stock up on non- perishables. Rice, pasta, dried beans, especially lentils (most come from Canada) dehydrated fruits, nuts, onions, garlic. Also, bouillon or stock cubes for soup bases and flavoring. Store in glass jars if you can. Learn to cook from “scratch”.

To my knowledge, Congress has not authorized nor appropriated funds for DOGE. I believe what we are witnessing may be a coup. Makes me feel sick
