This week I learned DC OTR moved forward with adding a lien to an old home I used to own in August. So I filed a complaint this week with the DC Attorney General’s office.

This is what DC OTR sends in response to substantiate their claims.

Here’s the numbers they gave me.

They want $5k btw.

I received this letter in May 2024. Every tax specialist I’ve consulted says it’s a scam due to the urgency, lack of transparency about the amount, and no supporting documentation.

Yet DC OTR is bending over backwards defending it.

Who asks for payment “TODAY”???
