Publishing a null result paper is never easy, so I’m grateful the editor and referees recognized its contributions. I’m also honored to have this work included in the EER special issue in memory of Nora Szech. Though I never had the pleasure of meeting her, I deeply admire her impact on the field.

In online experiments, we study how employers' demand for Affirmative Action (AA) varies with perceived gender differences in productivity, perceived effects of AA on productivity, or other costs of AA.

I recently co-authored a paper on gender difference in conference acceptance and whether blinding helps. Maybe not “key” yet, but in any case we cited what we thought were key papers so might be helpful :) doi.org/10.1111/obes...
