I blend experience, creativity, and tech to make complex things simple. I care about people, purpose, and living with intention. I love good conversation, collaboration, and building things that actually make life better.

I’ve spent 20+ years designing systems that should work.

The failure mode is rarely tools or effort.

It’s unmeasured decision load — the invisible cost of carrying too many unresolved choices.

I’m writing about that here.
23 minutes. That's how long it takes to fully refocus after an interruption (Gloria Mark, UC Irvine). The interruption itself might take 2 minutes. The recovery takes 10x longer. This is why "quick questions" are never quick.

"I'll just remember it."

No, you won't. Your brain will burn cycles, reminding you at random moments.

That's the Zeigarnik Effect. And it's what's draining you.

Running an experiment.

I built a 2-minute assessment that measures your 'Decision Load Index' - how many unmade decisions you're carrying.

Need 10 people to test it this week.

Who's curious enough to try?

If you feel overwhelmed but can't explain why:

You're not lazy. You're carrying 47 unmade decisions.

Open loops drain cognitive bandwidth even when you're not thinking about them.

The fix isn't more willpower. It's more awareness.

Lately, I’ve thought a lot about how much simpler life gets when we remove friction; at work, in relationships, in the systems we use every day. Revisiting The Obstacle Is the Way by Ryan Holiday. I am collecting ideas on simplicity, connection, and tools that make work (and life) feel lighter.
