Volunteered at the food bank this morning and we basically packaged 8.5 tons of macaroni. I always notice the people who volunteer are usually the DEI class.

I made the most amazing French onion soup tonight!
1 stick of butter
4 thinly sliced onions
Low and slow until onions were soft
1 tbs better than bullion roast beef base
1 tsb better than bullion mushroom paste
4 sprigs of tyme
1/2 c white wine
Reduced. Add demi glacé I made and froze. Yum!
