I set a goal to read (listen) to books last year and exceed it. Did the same this but struggled. I have 2 hours of listening left to hit my goal. I selected some short stories this month so I would hit my goal. Until last year, I just didn’t have the focus to read like no did 10 years ago.

I feel more like an adult at 50 now. I laughed yesterday because not only did I have both front and rear brakes replaced, I went ahead and had them take care of the suggested maintenance repairs at the same time. Them suggestions are usually just that and I wait. #adulting

Every year I say after my birthday I will slow down and enjoy my time out of the office and every year from December 19-31 I am running around not slowing down and upset. Even packing for this trip is a chore.

I’ve enjoyed being in the house for the last 2 days. I live near a mall and it is best for my mental health to stay away from these BF shoppers out here spending their misery away. Almost caught up on all my shows and have one more closet to clean/organize so I can figure out what I need to add.
