If they were worried about fraud, they’d cut out medicare and medicaid hmos, which increase govt spending without appreciable better care

Now that they’ve wiped out the small competitors, all employees have BCBS.
Don’t know when the switch occurred, but when i was private practice, only the managers had private insurance. Everyone else was medicaid.
