I just finished watching a lets play of #splitfiction by @hazelightgames.bsky.social and what the actual mother of fantasy and scifi. I have so many questions about.... EVERYTHING. The story, the gameplay ideas, the physics, the VFX. Just wow🤯 I now have to find someone to play this game with me👉👈

I just finished watching a lets play of #splitfiction by @hazelightgames.bsky.social and what the actual mother of fantasy and scifi. I have so many questions about.... EVERYTHING. The story, the gameplay ideas, the physics, the VFX. Just wow🤯 I now have to find someone to play this game with me👉👈
Me while making video games: There is this one pixel no one will notice its slightly off and I have to spend the next twenty hours writing overly complex code to fix this just to find that the next deadline comes up and I still haven't started with the core gameplay🫠 BUT my pixel is perfect now!

I just reported my first issue on Github. Felt really good to do so. Hopefully I can contribute more in the future to the #opensource community😄

#globalgamejam 2025 is over and I don't know what to think of it. Being part of a 17 person group for a 48h project is certainly an experience I won't forget. #gamedev
