I closed my eyes while getting all the Paradise Killer collectibles, because I was scared of getting spoiled lol

And a couple of hours later, I had the debt under control. And I found myself in a town I loved with characters I loved.
I rolled credits today and got a complete 100%. But I already miss it. 6/6

I had to constantly think about if i could afford an upgrade and still pay the debt in the next 5 min.
The constant pressure didn't allow the points on the map feel like a list of chores. I NEEDED them. 5/6

Not paying the debt would mean game over and reloading a save. The only way to cover it was to improve my mascots, fast.
I had to race all over the map to find anything to improve my income by even the tiniest bit. (While still having fun chats with all the great characters)

Open world/management sim is just simple fun, like the yakuza games I also love.

But the debt mechanic made it truly special.
When starting the game you get asked to set a debt difficulty and I choose hard.
That lead to the most frantic and exhilarating hours of a game I had in a long time. 3/6

At the start I wasn't sure if I could like the sentient mascot characters.

I was wrong. I love them.

My favorite has to be this fun guy. 2/6
