Most of my friends do not believe that I have not watched cable news since the election. They hate watching but can't give it up. I, on the other hand, am much calmer than they are.

I've been counting along with you and noted our shared anniversary. I have begged friends and family to join me in kicking the habit, but they just can't do it and remain in a constant state of stress. Here's to another year of not watching cable or network news.
