Abt FAA ban on HAITI airspace
This is the same as the initial prohibition from the 12th but changes the airspace restriction to encompass the space from roughly Anse a veau to western La Gonave, northeast to Gonaives and east to the DR border from those points. It frees CAP from the prohibited area
