It reminds me of a lot of GameCube games and how they’re kinda desaturated.
I think this game is much more colorful than the first one, but it still has some of that early GameCube style baked in.

Yeah, I don’t doubt that at all. Games for the DS came out after the 3DS launched, so it’s not totally uncommon that Nintendo does this to kinda ease into development for new consoles.

I personally chose to see it as an investment, because I knew down the road there were going to be future S2 exclusives that I would have wanted, and Kirby Air Riders is completely justifying my decision.

We didn’t really have any big Switch 1 exclusives before Mario Odyssey. Splatoon 2 I think was the biggest one, and BotW was still on Wii U.
The console is brand new. I think people are just upset that instead of having a ton of new first party exclusives, we just have expansions for old ones.

I actually really like the sharp, sketchy lines you do. I’m a big fan of them in general

With the exception of the music service, they really should just be put on one Nintendo Online Membership App or something. Kinda going app crazy right now.
