Is bard a better rogue in BG3? Technically no, if all you want to do is maximize damage potential in one attack. Is bard better THAN rogue in BG3? Yes. Bard can do almost everything a rogue can do, and more. Including giving you a 3rd short rest between long rests. I.E. More Warlock spell ammo.
